CMI Club
The CMI (Count Me In) Club was launched at our National Convention in Cincinnait in July of 2009. Memberhsip in this club can be obtained by pledging to make a monthly financial commitment. There are 4 levels of membership: the Platinum Club is $100 per month, the Gold Club is $50 per month, the Silver Club is $25 per month and the Bronze Club is $10 per month. Pledge payments can be made by check, cash or PayPal. If paying with check or cash please fill out the attached form and mail with your first payment.
